Hi, my name is Ray Ann Sherley, I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist 146056. I specialize in trauma/generational trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I’m passionate about creating a safe, compassionate space where you can feel truly heard and understood. My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy and collaboration, allowing us to work together in navigating life’s challenges and uncovering your inner strength.
I support individuals, couples, teens, and families through relationship and mental health challenges. You may be struggling to cope with or repair an unhealthy relationship. You may feel tormented by your inner thoughts, stuck in the unknown, or simply unsure of what you are feeling.
My greatest strength is my empathy and determination to help and support others. Becoming a therapist allowed me to enter into a career that I truly enjoy while also giving back to others.
