I've come to understand that accessing and living in the right emotional state can radically change the state of your life and relationships. I am regularly working with clients who face adult life challenges, trauma, addiction, family system dysfunctions; also, I have extensive experience assisting dissatisfied couples wanting to move their relationship to the next level. Before you reach out, understand that I am trained in some direct methods, and I will not work in the service of your ego resistance. I will challenge you and give you homework.
Heart-drama: A Way to Beauty and Truth
I have been trained in a multitude of approaches over my 30+ years as a therapist. My approach often includes Cognitive, Experiential (psycho-dramatic and creative-expressive), Emotionally Focused Therapy, EMDR and Internal Family Systems, and many more. However, I don't practice fidelity to one approach unless it truly serves you.
