I work from a person-centered approach, believing my clients have the skills and strength within to grow and thrive.
When we are not feeling our best, it is easy to lose sight of the resources and skills we do have. Using skills and techniques from various therapeutic modalities, we can increase your coping skills, insight, and healthy ways of communicating. In our first session, I will ask questions to better understand your background and how counseling may help you.
