My practice focuses on helping individuals and families gain a better understanding of their emotional responses and build the coping skills they need to manage difficult life situations. When equipped with both awareness and the right tools, relating/living positively and peacefully becomes much easier. With experience counseling in the areas of trauma, life stage transitions, and parent-child relationships, I can support you in navigating change and coping with life experiences.
My work with individuals and families is rooted in relationship and hope, while incorporating mindfulness, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed techniques. My ultimate goal is support you, as you are, in strengthening your ability to emotionally and mentally cope with life's experiences and to deepen your connection with joy.
