No one should have to navigate life’s events alone, having a person in your corner can provide relief and support.
I practice from a non-judgmental, trauma-informed, approach. Empathy is not a skill we are born with or comes easy to many people; I have given a lot of my attention and time to strengthening my ability to be empathetic with a wide range of individuals. I value life experiences and believe each person is the expert when it comes to their life.
