I am a true believer of the saying "where the mind goes the body will follow," which supports my Theoretical Orientation of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. This therapy approach focuses on how a way of thinking can influence behavior. Life happens to all of us, but not all of us possess the mental strength to navigate it alone.
