Welcome! As a Licensed Professional Counselor of 12 years, my theoretical orientation/approach for care is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I will join with you in this part of your life journey to explore thoughts, feelings, and behavioral responses that may involve how you process information, feel as a person and/or within your relationships, and resolve conflict for restoration of hope and personal growth and development. Although I can assist you in many different areas of concern, I specialize in the areas of anxiety, depression, and stress; and, conflict resolution within relationships.
My work and specialized skill-set of CBT, combined with brief-solution focused interventions and Jungian Therapy will provide you with many decision-making and problem-solving skills, tools, and interventions to help you meet goals during your counseling journey and throughout your lifespan whether you are seeking support as an individual or as a couple.
