My goal is to help you with immediate symptom relief & lifelong perspectives of underlying components that influence your daily living. I pull techniques from a client centered approach using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I started my career primarily working with adolescents, but now am proud to offer services to all ages.
