Hello! I’m a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a PhD in Clinical Psychology. Using methods like cognitive behavioral therapy, I specialize in working with issues including life transitions, self esteem, trauma, PTSD, mood disorders, and domestic abuse. I have extensive experience working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and different types of psychological distress. I approach therapy using a holistic and client-centered approach. My unbiased, supportive, and empathetic orientation helps me understand the individual world of each client, no matter their socio-cultural background, experiences, or presenting concerns.
My clients will feel welcomed and unjudged, as if having a conversation with a close friend. I aim to help clients improve their self-awareness to uncover their sources of distress. We will identify the emotions and thinking patterns that reinforce their discomfort, and create a plan for psychological growth.
