I am a bilingual Provisionally Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I offer individual therapy services to children 13 years old through adulthood. I am passionate about working with individuals struggling with pregnancy/postpartum mental health, stress, grief, anxiety, depression, substance use and trauma. I also offer substance use evaluations. It is also important for me to target the Latino community and work with individuals struggling with cultural issues.
In sessions, I utilize a variety of techniques including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Talk Therapy, Mindfulness Based Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. In 2022, I completed training for certification in Perinatal Mental Health.
