I specialize in helping adult women and men with anxiety, trauma and low self-worth. They may feel overwhelmed when in social settings, or struggle with impactful emotions, such guilt or shame. Sometimes, this distress is the result of a traumatic experience or period of major change.

My approach to therapy is client-centered and I take time to establish rapport. I combine elements from different therapeutic approaches, such as EMDR, somatic, body-oriented and mindfulness depending on my client's needs. I recommend and teach practices for in between sessions to support my clients in their healing.
