I offer a unique perspective I acquired through experiences in providing trauma therapy to survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse with a focus on mindfulness. Traumatic experiences from any phase in life can keep one feeling emotionally numb. I aim to heal wounds left by childhood trauma, toxic relationships, and self-sabotaging patterns. Experiencing trauma can disrupt one's ability to establish healthy relationships.
I strive to assist individuals in developing a better understanding of themselves, improve overall quality of life, and to establish and deepen their relationships. My areas of specialties include: anxiety, depression, trauma, women’s issues such as domestic violence, postpartum depression, body image, motherhood, and infertility.
