I offer a free 15 minute consultation, during which you can ask me any questions you may have and we can decide if working together will be beneficial. Our initial sessions will be a time we build the foundation to ultimately what your goals are and we track your progress along the way.
I have been working in the therapy field since 2017 and have a wide variety of experience in both individual and couples. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families. My specialties include depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, relationships and chronic illness.
