I specialize in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families who are looking for help around challenges with ADHD, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, behavioral difficulties, and those that are twice exceptional. I view my role as helping individuals discover their capabilities and strengths to overcome life challenges. Many times, this means helping them identify new coping strategies, ways to communicate with others, and an overall healthier way of living.
I have worked with children, teens and their caregivers, as well as adults in a variety of clinical settings for the past 20 years. As a clinician, I draw upon modalities based in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment Theory, EMDR, and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) to help those I work with achieve their goals.
I am currently accepting new clients. As your therapist, I will incorporate varying elements of these modalities to create a holistic, individualized approach that aligns with your unique experiences, struggles, strengths, and goals. Healing and transformation are possible.
