If you are wanting to change negative thought patterns, and harmful behaviors so that you can improve your quality of life, build new or repair current relationships, and accomplish goals that lead you closer to your desired situation, I can help you get there. I work with those struggling with addiction, building self-confidence, connection in relationships, personal and professional development, and anyone looking to improve their mental health. Let's work together to complete this chapter of your life going towards the direction that you want it to.
In our confidential space we can reflect and begin healing from trauma, overcome mental barriers, and create achievable action plans that will help you work towards the goals that we reflected on. Although you work at the pace that you feel comfortable with, I’ll guide you towards improvement, and challenge you when we feel like we can progress more.
I’m a veteran who served in Navy active duty and Air Force reserves while completing a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from the University of Massachusetts Global, learning Psychological and Sociological perspectives in human behavior. I attended Saint Mary's College of California for a Master of Arts in Counseling. I’ve been practicing for over 3 yrs.
