I specialize in working with adult individuals who are dealing with emotional wounds and unresolved childhood trauma that impact their current relationships. With over 16 years of experience in mindfulness-based and body-centered therapies, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how to support clients through these challenges.My interest in helping those who have experienced emotional wounding began many years ago when I volunteered on a domestic violence hotline.
Through my work, I aim to help you safely approach and transform trauma symptoms that cause distress in your body and mind. I will gently guide you to bring awareness to the wounded parts of yourself and teach you how to facilitate healing so you can live from a place of empowerment, clarity, and confidence both within yourself and in your relationships.
I truly believe that with the right support, encouragement, and tools, every client has the power to heal from past hurts. My goal is to help you connect with your true self, which ultimately serves as the healing agent for overcoming past wounds and trauma.
