I practice depth psychology, meaning that one’s whole life story is important when considering present difficulties, struggling relationships, or emotional discord. In knowing how our lives have shaped us, we can bring healing to complicated relational patterns or painful past experiences, and find greater happiness in the here and now.
I work with adults and couples who are dealing with difficult life experiences, relationship problems, and questions of identity (race, gender, LGBTIQ, and disability identities). As a therapist, my approach compassionately explores immediate challenges and early relationships as they are both commonly involved with how we negotiate life.
