I aspire to empower you and hold your pain with grace as you move toward optimal well-being.
My approach to therapy is client-centered. I will meet you where you are. I have interests in anxiety, depression, self-esteem, ADHD, and life transitions. We will draw upon cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapies best suited for your needs. I also offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an eye movement trauma therapy.
I have a deep understanding of how overwhelming life can be at times. My process is grounded in openness, honesty, and humor.
