Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness techniques, individuals can gain skills and insight that can ease symptoms that are problematic. I enjoy working with adults, teens, and children. I specialize in change issues, co-dependency, and various life transitions.
I have worked with children and parents both in the public school and nonprofit sectors for many years and bring extensive life experience to my work. This gives me insight and a unique view when working with individuals of all ages.
