I understand life is sometimes fast and I offer a peaceful and safe space to move with clarity thru your challenges in a brief time period while also retaining all the meaning and lessons along the way. In other words I support you to live your best life sooner than later!
I understand how difficult it can be to embark on this journey of discovery. I am here to support you on any part of this journey you wish to delve into. I offer walking sessions in nature if that feels like a good fit. I work with individuals, couples, families, teens, children. I work with first responders as I am also one. I am trained in EMDR and trauma.
