Is every day life pulling you down? Do you feel overwhelmed or are you looking for a sense of direction? I have frequently found that people wait a while before finally making a decision to try therapy. Most of them comment that they wish they would’ve done this sooner. So much growth, awareness, and contentment can come from this process. I work with a wide variety of approaches, such Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). These are highly regarded in dealing with such issues as anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma.

I have an unusual background in that I have Master’s degrees in both Counseling Psychology and Pastoral Studies. I can work with more traditional issues, such as stress and relationship issues, as well as explore deeper issues such as “who am I? and “where am I going?”.

I like to share both my life experiences and my knowledge so that clients become comfortable sharing their story. I feel privileged to be doing this work and enjoy helping clients move toward empowerment and self-acceptance.
