Raja bases her theoretical framework from an attachment theory/psychodynamic perspective. She utilizes expressive therapy (art; sound therapy, meditation; yoga) to work through a subconscious level; and CBT/DBT based skill building for learning how to function. She also coordinates with a sober companion/recovery coach for out of pocket addiction services.
