I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I work with families, couples and individuals. I have experience working in day treatment settings, in-home as well as residential settings. I believe in treating the individual, not the masses. That meaning, I believe each client's experience is unique and what works for one does not work for all.
Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy addresses children under the age of 18 that have experienced trauma in their life. I am also a trained facilitator for the Prepare/Enrich which works with couples who are preparing for marriage or are married and wanting to build their growth areas.
I try to utilize creativity in my sessions and work with my clients where they are at. I treat each client as an individual, tailoring goals to their needs.
