I can help with: life transitions, clarifying your direction, early career issues, imposter syndrome, gaining confidence and clarity in your queer identity, building resilience and practicing self-advocacy amidst oppressive systems. These problems sometimes manifest as anxiety, depression, issues with attention, and traumatic stress. I work especially well with Queer, Latine, and BIPOC adults. I also like working with helping professionals, creatives, and younger people who are starting out in their field.
I have an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and I've worked in the field for over 10 years. I participate in a consultation group for BIPOC clinicians and I've participated in multiple trainings for working with queer and trans people. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
I want to help you feel calm, confident, and able to cope with life's challenges. Let's build a therapy space that has room for you to grow and explore who you want to be.
