I believe in an eclectic approach to treatment and use a myriad of treatment modalities to address client concerns. I am especially interested in the following areas, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, women’s mental health, and LGBTQIA+ issues. I believe that therapy is for everyone and treatment is not only for times of crisis but can be a conduit for working through the everyday stressors that we all face. My goal is to help you to identify healthy goals and how to navigate the path to achieving those goals.
I am trained in trauma-informed care, cultural competence, and motivational interviewing. I am also certified in Adlerian treatment, which emphasizes the client over their diagnosis, so I look forward to hearing each individual story.
