I am a licensed psychologist, and clinical supervisor with an integrative approach that combines the latest evidence-based research and depth-oriented relational psychoanalytic theory.
I believe that the unconscious informs our patterns of relating with ourself and others. Identifying these complex patterns is essential to gaining agency and feeling empowered in daily life. While our work together will be rooted in bringing into awareness that which is unconscious, therapy will be individually-tailored to your specific needs and struggles.
As a first-generation immigrant, I pay close attention to the role of culture with particular sensitivity towards the impact of a disjointed identity on one’s sense of self.
