We are now accepting new members for our Middle School Empowerment Group!! In this group we focus on building self-esteem and confidence. While learning new CBT and DBT skills for managing emotions and relationships, we will integrate art for processing and coping. Contact us at admin@raftcounseling.com - We would love to have you join us! This group meets Wednesdays at our Mainstreet office. We can accept Cigna and Colorado Medicaid. Private pay is $25 per group. Please contact us with any questions!
