As a graduate of Naropa Univerity's body-psychotherapy program, I have particular training in Somatic Psychology. Somatic counseling explores the relationship between the mind & body, as a process for self-awareness, self-empowerment, and self-expression. I am also trained in mindfulness practices and integrate contemplative techniques throughout my work.
