Looking at the world through the eyes of a child, it is easy to see how we are born with goodness and light. Our life experiences can make that light hard to see at times, but looking within can help us get back to who we were truly meant to be. I can help guide you to release some of the burdens holding you back. I do therapy through an attachment lens, focusing on the link between early attachment figures and struggles in the present such as depression, anxiety, and interpersonal relationships. I am trauma informed and certified in EMDR. I am Level 1 Internal Family Systems (IFS) Trained. I also do Play Therapy, and Sandtray.
I have a passion for working with children, teens, and their families. I also see individuals and couples. I specialize in helping heal attachment wounds of childhood, attachment parenting, and helping people process and integrate trauma. Through the lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help clients learn to work with Parts and access their Self within.
