I identify as a gender non conforming Caribbean American Lesbian Woman. My therapy practice is inclusive of all genders, sexual orientation, racial backgrounds, and religious affiliations. I work with clients dealing with various issues such as mental health issues (Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, etc), personality disorders, trauma, relational issues, substance abuse, gender identity and sexuality issues, chronic medical illnesses, grief and the loss of loved ones, etc...
I take a trauma informed approach to the work. I am skilled with applying several treatment modalities such as CBT, Narrative Therapy, Psychoanalytic, mindfulness, strength based, holistic therapy, etc.. Treatment methods is adapted to the individuals need.
