I have experience working with individuals (adolescent and adult), couples, and families. I have been trained in Gottman Method Couple's Therapy Level 1 and Level 2, as well as Great Start Premarital Counseling.
I enjoy helping my clients acknowledge and utilize the strengths and resources available to them, coupled with effective information, resources, and interventions, to foster growth and healing.
