My name is Rachelle Spraker and I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, and I specialize in treating depression and anxiety at the deepest level.
Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and many other tools, I can help you live comfortably in your day-to-day life. I also use Virtual Reality Therapy, an innovative therapy tool, which uses virtual reality to help with decreasing symptoms of depression and anxiety. I have completed Level One Training in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
I work with a variety of ages, from elementary-aged children to adults, my goal is to help you get the peace you deserve; I also work with families and couples. No matter how low your depression, or how high your anxiety, I am here to help with whatever curveball life throws at you. I look forward to hearing from you!
