My purpose is to be a guide to help clients find a path to healing. I enjoy working with all types of people with all different types of struggles, but I am especially drawn to survivors of trauma. I enjoy collaborating with people to determine what types of treatment are most beneficial for them, and I love thinking outside the box to discover new ways of healing. I feel it is my role to empower you to discover what works best for you, as you are and always will be the best expert on yourself.
I specialize in working with survivors of trauma of all kinds, and have worked with survivors of abuse, as well as military personnel and first responders. I would like to provide a safe place for you to unload your burdens and together we can discover your path forward.
Trauma definitely affects our lives, but I also believe that it presents an opportunity to make positive changes. Therapy is a collaborative process that happens between two people, so I strive to be honest and authentic and to provide a safe and supportive space for healing and reflection. Therapy should make you feel better even when it is difficult.
