As a disabled therapist (AuDHD, and chronically ill) dedicated to serving the disabled community, I specialize in neurodivergent affirming practices and use EMDR therapy to help disabled clients process trauma. I have a background in psychology and neuroscience, I offer informed guidance while we navigate trauma and dismantle ableism together. I am certified in EMDR and use ART, Brainspotting, Structural Dissociation, and Emotion-Focused Therapy. I want to help guide you through trauma reprocessing with compassion.
As a disabled person, I understand that it can be difficult to process medical trauma and the trauma that we experience as disabled people. I understand that it can be difficult to consciously unmask and understand masking in general. I am here to hold space and support you compassionately in therapy.
