I specialize in working with children, adolescents and families. Some issues I assist clients with are anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, school difficulties, social anxiety or relationship issues, and behavioral problems. I help my clients to heal from trauma and process grief. I also work with families who are experiencing conflict or going through divorce, and I provide coaching to parents. I offer play and art therapy, CBT, DBT and client and solution focused therapies.
I received my master’s degree in clinical psychology in 2002 with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy. My experience includes working as a therapist, clinical supervisor and program director for a community counseling center, as a school-based therapist in Los Angeles public elementary, middle and high schools, and in a group home for teenage girls.
