I currently have in person and telehealth availability. I believe our lives are constructed within the many relationship connections we experience throughout the lifespan; and this is what fuels my passion to work with individuals, couples, and families at all ages and stages of life. Whether you are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, communication breakdowns, school/work difficulties, or family problems, I strive to support you in exploring what brings you to therapy in an empathetic way that focuses on your goals though connection and deeper understanding.
My work as a Marriage & Family Therapist is informed by a narrative structural perspective of the many systems and relationships we are each a part of. This includes examining our current and past relationships, as well as our larger connection to community and society as a whole. Clients have described me as down-to-earth, direct, compassionate & helpful.
I am committed to working with you toward understanding your symptoms, yourself, & your relationships from a place of validation & empathy so that we can work toward insight in order to implement the change you seek.
