I'm a highly trained, intensely curious therapist - as comfortable with long stories as I am with total silence. I pay attention - with kindness, compassion and humor. You may come alone or with your partner. I am certified in evidence-based therapies for individuals and couples with trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship stress, and all of life's transitions.
I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and specialize in the treatment of sexual trauma. In addition, I am a certified Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) clinician and work with couples on communication problems, infidelity, sexual trauma and dysfunction.
I am l/g/b/t friendly. Certified to teach hatha yoga and breathwork. I have over 20 years' clinical experience and I am a former supervisor for a major New York City rape crisis program. Please see my website for more information.
