I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a specialization in mental health. I have a background in acute inpatient mental health settings, as well as outpatient partial hospitalization programs. I have had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life, from adolescents to older adults. I have experience in working with the following needs: Depression, Anxiety, Autism, ADHD, Social Skills, and Relationship Difficulties.
I bring an eclectic approach and believe in catering therapeutic techniques to my clients’ current needs. I utilize a strengths-based practice and offer support through building emotion regulation skills, inter/intrapersonal skills, executive functioning skills, setting achievable goals, and more.
