Most commonly I utilize a client centered approach to help people with whom I work to identify difficulties they re experiencing and goals they have to improve their lives. Often, people come to counseling with a set of obstacles that keep presenting themselves, so we identify and develop strategies for moving past those.
I enjoy working with people all ages. I am comfortable working with individuals, couples, and families. Anxiety, depression, adjustment to chronic illness, difficulties with communication, school problems, and recovery from trauma are conditions I am comfortable working with.
