As a dedicated therapist, my passion lies in guiding you or your child through emotional and behavioral challenges, helping to heal from past traumas, and fostering a sense of safety and connection. With experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults, I am well-versed in addressing issues such as trauma, anxiety, ADHD/ADD, divorce, transitions to adulthood, toxic stress, self-esteem, and interpersonal communication. My goal is to provide a supportive and empathetic environment where you can find the path to growth and well-being.

I specialize in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and incorporate a variety of engaging, evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, IFS-informed approaches, and Solutions Focused Brief Therapy. My approach is strengths-based, grounded in the belief that each individual has an innate capacity for growth and healing.

I am currently seeing clients via Telehealth across the state of Michigan, as well as in-person at our Allendale office. Together, we will work towards healing, personal growth, and a brighter future.
