My goal is to ensure that what is done in therapy is personalized, collaborative, and unique to you as the client, alongside a plan of action to address the issue(s) so you leave the session feeling invested in yourself.
I customize my treatment approach to the client rather than forcing one approach to treat all. You can expect a Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT) approach, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and a Narrative approach. Christian Counseling is available upon request.
