I provide individual, family, sibling-based and group therapy for children, pre-teens, teens, young adults, and families. I use nature-based interventions and adventure therapy techniques in my practice. I've worked with people ages 5 and up who struggle with anxiety, trauma, depression, behavioral challenges, relational strain, school-related difficulties, identity issues and life transitions.
