Seeking therapy can sometimes feel daunting. My goal is to help guide and support you though whatever life stressors you may be experiencing in an open, caring, non-judgmental environment. I describe my approach as collaborative, authentic, and relational, and strive to prioritize cultivating a strong therapeutic relationship with clients.
I utilize an integrative approach with clients with the goal of helping you find a state of wellness and healing. I think that sometimes therapy can focus too much on one's struggles, so instead, I love finding balance and working from a strengths-based perspective with each of my clients to highlight their areas of strength and resilience as well.
I hope to work as a team as we explore whatever may be troubling you, whether it be a current stressor, or something from your past that continues to cause distress. Overall, I want to help you achieve a state of well-being that allows you to live to your full potential. If this approach sounds like a good fit, please reach out. I would love to hear from you
