My approach to therapy looks at the whole person; physical, mental, and social. Examining our patterns of behaviors and thoughts can lead to significant growth in wellbeing.
Through listening and accepting, my overall goal of the therapeutic process is to improve your level of functioning and to enhance your life. I utilize a strength-based approach and focus on each client's identified needs. I believe therapy is both an art and a science; it's a privilege to work with individuals who are discovering their own unique strengths.
