I take a collaborative and relational approach to therapy. The relationship I build with my clients is a priority in the therapy space. I care deeply for my clients and aim to create a space where they feel safe to show up as their truest selves. I believe you have the ability and potential within yourself to face whatever you are going through.
You are not deficient for needing support. My role is to walk alongside you as you learn and unlearn who you are. I work to reflect the potential and hope that is already within you but may be too difficult for you to see on your own right now.
