Life can be difficult for everyone, but it becomes even more so when you struggle to get out of bed, can't stop worrying about if you've made a friend angry or if something bad is going to happen, trigger flashbacks, or any other plethora of symptoms you might experience because of a mental health issue. I'm here to help individuals understand their mental health and cope with the symptoms so they can take back their lives and live them to their fullest.
I specialize in trauma, depression, & non-suicidal self-harm. I am a fan of incorporating pop/nerd culture, such as anime & gaming, in sessions & coping skills. My job as a therapist is not to tell you what you need to do, rather work alongside you to meet your goals in the most beneficial way possible.
I am someone who wants to help people be their authentic selves, especially in a world where queerphobia and discrimination of so many people exists. I believe that everyone is doing the best they can with what they have been given, so I aim to provide support and tools to help people meet the goals that they set for themselves.
