Sometimes it can feel like the house is on fire and you only know how to put it out with a watering can. My goal is to get down to the root issue to put out the entire fire and help you become who you were always meant to be. There are so many expectations and pressures surrounding adolescents and young adults, therefore I specialize in issues of masculinity, sexual trauma/experiences, self-esteem, and women's issues.
I see children, adolescents, and young adults and support them also in issues such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and family challenges. I utilize an integrative, individualized approach to walk alongside each client to help them see their own humanity, courage, strength, and value. I always say my goal is not just to help you survive, but to thrive!
