I am a highly trained and board-certified counselor with a passion for helping people address the places they are hurting in their lives. I know asking for help is never easy and I am passionate about creating a safe space for individuals to explore the challenging places in all aspects of their lives that affect their mental health. My experience includes counseling individuals with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, drug abuse, communication issues, and other various mental health concerns. I also enjoy helping others with conflict resolution, relationship issues, and body-image struggles.
