My ideal client often begins therapy knowing something is off, uncomfortable, or painful but unsure where to go next. Sometimes, they aren't sure what is causing their distress and are looking for help to understand what happened that led them here. Other times, they are aware of what's causing their pain but are looking for an additional perspective as they begin to make changes. Their goals, on some level, are to find relief, understanding, or peace.
I offer clients a space to explore what is important to them. Together, we identify what has been getting in the way, leading to their distress. We sort through what may lead to relief and what may lead to more discomfort. I support my clients as they notice these patterns and try small changes.
I'm looking forward to helping those looking for relief from the stress that has become unmanageable. I have daytime and evening hours available to support most scheduling needs.
