In my work with children and teens, I utilize a blend of play-based techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy, expressive arts including art, music and drama, as well as sand play therapy.
For parents, I provide a coaching modality to equip you with tools and skills to confidently work with your children to manage challenging behaviors as well as to strengthen your relationship with them. I value cultivating and strengthening the connections within families and creating a safe supportive space for children or teens to feel empowered and heard.
